RESERVATION POLICY
By booking a table at austa, our guests agree to the Terms + Conditions for the service of which they have made a reservation. All reservations are subject to availability and we trust that our policies will be understood and respected by our guests.
ALLERGIES + DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Guests must notify us in advance if you or any of your party have particularly specific dietary restrictions or allergies. This can be done at the time of making their reservation or by following up with an email to eat@austa.pt. We always endeavour to accommodate guest requests whenever possible, but the possibility of amendments may depend on that particular days’ menu. It is at the guests discretion to consider this when making a reservation with us.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee no cross contamination in our kitchen and we are not liable for any situations that have not been communicated by guests in advance.
CHILDREN
Children of any age are welcome at austa until 5pm. For dinner, we welcome newborn babes in arms (in prams, up to 2 per table due to space capacity) and children age 7+. On the occasion that guests arrive at the restaurant with children that do not fit this description, it is at the restaurant’s discretion to cancel the booking and guests may be charged 35EUR p/p fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. It is important to note that we don’t offer high chairs for our evening service nor do we have a kids menu.
GROUP BOOKINGS
For groups of 6+, we work with a fixed sharing menu option only at dinner which is priced at €65 per person (drinks not included). The menu is chosen for the guests by us on the day and is a set of dishes that tell the story of austa, our producers and our location. The chosen menu will take into account your group’s allergies or dietary restrictions, which must be communicated at the time of booking.
Requests for group bookings of 10+ people, as well as private events and celebrations should be sent to eat@austa.pt.
